Requirements
• University degree or equivalent qualification in Information and Communications Technology (ICT).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Network and Systems Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience leading the tailoring and integration of VoIP / Video Tele-Conferencing (VTC) solutions based on business requirements.
• At least 3 years of experience with WAN communications, router/switch-based networks, and routing protocols.
• Specific expertise in Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunking, including creation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to lead the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, including configuration guides, network diagrams, training materials, and Requests for Change.
• English language proficiency at Level V (Advanced).

Desirable
• Experience designing and implementing Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM) clusters, including the use of logical grouping such as partitions.
• Experience with security certification and accreditation for classified CIS within NATO and multinational programmes.
• Field experience and knowledge of Session Border Controllers (SBCs), particularly Cisco Expressway.
• Familiarity with BICES systems and procedures.
• Experience working in a multinational environment.

Duties & Role
• Provide 3rd level technical support for complex Voice, Video, and Teleconferencing IP-related services and associated components.
• Support the design, documentation, testing, and implementation of Voice and VTC projects.
• Support all stages of service transition processes.
• Take responsibility for problem management processes.
• Lead the technical execution and resolution of assigned Voice and VTC engineering issues.
• Coordinate with technical experts within NATO HQ and BGX to resolve complex technical issues.
• Support the integration and troubleshooting of VoIP and VTC solutions.
• Provide technical input into network and communications engineering activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, diagrams, training preparations, and change requests.
